Law clerk alleges pregnancy discrimination after Senior federal judge fired her 10 days before her baby was born

Unsurprisingly, due to Ochlocracy, in reviewing the former clerk’s claims, a 15-member judiciary council concluded the judge, C. Ashley Royal (Senior Judge of M.D. Georgia District Court), had valid reasons for terminating his former clerk, Caitlyn Clark.

This is concerning, as one of the cases on which she was accused of being incompetent and would play a significant role in her firing, would involve 2 Circuit Judges from the Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, Judges Jill Pryor and Britt Grant.

These Judges normally are part of the ‘Judicial Council’ that reviews judicial complaints.

Judges judging themselves must be extinguished.
